The price includes:

the rent of the selected apartment for the reserved period

the consumption of water, gas and electricity

free internet
-
parking spot
-
stay in the entire garden area

Use of the pool and the "garden house"
The price does not include:

everything that is not listed next door (included in the price).

Final cleaning and bed linen

Surcharge for animals: per night EUR 5 for small animals, EUR 10 for large animals

Residence tax from April to October: Euro 1 per person from 14 to 80 years of age - to be paid in cash!

A cancellation of the reservation is possible 60 days in advance! Otherwise the payment on account will be withheld.
